Products that the customer has received in response to his order can be returned to GIGLI Natura GmbH within 14 days of receipt, provided the goodsunused, in original packaging and in perfect conditionis. The return takes place at the expense, liability and risk of the customer, unless there is an incorrect delivery by GIGLI Natura GmbH. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the customer's specifications, perish quickly or whose expiry dates have passed.

Any return will be credited to the customer account. The credit will be credited to the customer's subsequent orders from BABYDUFT. If GIGLI Natura GmbH does not have any outstanding invoices for the customer, the credit will be paid out to the customer upon request.
